摘    要:作为现场工程师除了要具有丰富的综合理论基础外,还要有较强的实践能力。把大学生培养成为具有现场工程师特质类型的人才。对提高大学生素质教育水平和促进大学生成才具有重要意义。因此本文从大学生科技创新活动教育角度,探索了面向现场工程师的创新人才的特质,以及该类大学生科技创新教育的培养模式。

Abstract:As a field engineer,practice ability is needed besides abundant theory basis.It is important to increase quality-oriented education level and promote to be talents of the undergraduates by training them into field engineer.From point of view of education of undergraduates science and technology innovation,the characteristics of the innovation talent toward field engineer and the training mode of their innovation education are explored.
