基于虚拟仪器的磁粉制动器加载自动控制

摘    要:电动机特性的检测试验在生产中经常用到,该试验需要负载,负载的正确选择和灵活控制是试验成功的关键。而虚拟仪器中的LabVIEW软件具有编程简便,人机界面友好的特点,结合PCI-1710HG数据采集卡的模拟输出功能,可以实现对电动机无级加载的控制。本文选择了磁粉制动器并通过编程实现了无级加载控制。实践证明该控制方式方便灵活。

Abstract:The electric motor characteristic examination experiment is used frequently in the production.It needs the load.The correct choice and the flexible control of load is the successful key of examination.The LabVIEW software is programmed simply.The man-machine contact surface is friendly.The PCI-1710HG data acquisition card has the analog output function.It is possible to realize the stepless load control of the electric motor.This paper choices the magnetic powder arrester and controls it.The practise is proved that the control is convenient and flexible.
