| Abstract: | VUM24-05 and VUM33-05,produced by Germany IXYS Semiconductor Corporation since the mid 1990s,is the world s first PFC boost converter power module that gathering bridge rectifier（four power diodes）,power MOSFET and boost diode in the same package,its applied power range is 1.5～4.5kW. |
