智能型复费率电能计量系统的设计与实现

摘    要:为了方便供电部门按时段实施不同的计费标准,鼓励用户在低谷时用电,设计了一种MSP430F149单片机控制,基于新型电能测量专用芯片CS5460A的智能型复费率电子计量系统.该系统可靠性高,显示直观,兼有红外通信功能.具有测量精度高、稳定性好、过载能力强等显著优点.可为单相分时计费提供先进、可靠的计量工具.

Abstract:In order to make it convenient for the power supply management department to apply correspond charge standard accord to different time segment,encourage the residents to use energy during the free time,an intelligent multi-rate electric energy measure system which is in control of MSP430F149,based on the new special electric measure chip is designed. The system has high reliability, infrared communication ability and can display straightly. It also has notable excellency of high precision, good stability and strong over loading ability. It can provide advanced reliable measure instrument for the single phase time-sharing electrovalence.
