面向可重构的离散式生产系统快速建模方法

以离散式生产系统为研究对象,提出了一种快速构建面向具体应用对象的建模的方法。该方法将仿真资源分为实体模型库、逻辑控制库和仿真数据库,模型生成器可以利用仿真资源将模型实例化后自动放入仿真平台中,实现快速建立仿真模型。同时也解决了建模过程中由于生产模式的变化而产生的多次重构问题,提高仿真模型的可维护性、可扩展性。最后以某企业的生产为例,验证了该方法的有效性。

Reconfigurable Simulation Modeling Approach for Discrete Production System

To build simulation model for the discrete production system rapidly, a new approach to build simulation model for given applied object was proposed. Simulation resource consists of typical model library, control logic library and basic data library in the approach. Model generator used the attribute values in the data structure of the simulation model to instantiate these modular model templates and the simulation model was built rapidly. To improve the maintainability and extensibility of the model, the approach resolves how to construct the simulation model of reconfigurable production system. The practicability and universality of the approach are proved by its application in a workshop.
