摘    要:介绍了循环冷却水系统的自动化系统控制的工作原理。设计了采用MCS-51系列的8031为主控制机的变频调速恒压恒水位供水控制系统。以单片机为核心的变频调速恒压供水系统,可根据管网用水量的变化实现泵组的自动切换或变频调速,控制方便、灵活,可以大幅度地节能,应用前景广阔。

Abstract:The principle of automatization control of circulating cooling water system is introduced.Control system of water supply system is designed in constant pressure and water level with frequency conversion timing,adopted by 8031 cybertron in MCS-51 series.The control system of water supply with singlechip,could achieve automatic switch or frequency conversion timing according to variation of water supply in the pipe net,which is facilitated in control,and saves energy.Its application is promising.
