摘    要:企业成功实施ERP项目,将会为企业带来巨大的综合效益.但在ERP实施的过程中,企业也会同样面临着巨大的失败风险.ERP项目是一种投资大、风险大的工程,但只要在项目实施前,充分了解企业内部和外部的各种优势及不足,在实施过程中尽力克服可能出现的障碍,吸取其他企业的经验教训,就一定能提高ERP系统实施的成功率.论文较详细地剖析了导致企业实施ERP失败的原因,同时总结了ERP实施的经验教训,这些分析将会为企业成功实施ERP项目提供有益的帮助.

Abstract:Successful implementation of ERP project will bring great comprehensive benefits to enterprise. But in the process of ERP implementation, companies will also face a huge risk of failure. ERP project is a project of large investment and huge risk, but as long as prior to the implementation of the project, we fully understand the internal and external strengths and weaknesses of the company, and in the implementation process, we try to overcome potential obstacles, and to learn the of other companies, then, we will be able to improve the success rate of ERP system implementation. This paper analyzes why enterprise failed to implement ERP, and also summarizes the lessons learned from implement ERP, which will help companies successfully implement ERP projects.
