摘    要:采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对BS105型颚式破碎机动颚进行数值模拟分析。通过对两种结构形式动颚的强度计算,探讨动颚面板开孔与否对动颚整体强度和刚度的影响,根据分析结果提出了动颚结构设计改进措施,为BS105型破碎机动颚结构设计提供参考。

Abstract:Using finite element analysis software ANSYS,numerical simulation analysis is accomplished for moving bracket of BS105 type jaw crusher in this paper.According to the numerical simulation results of two kinds of moving bracket structure,the effect of hole in moving bracket faceplate is discussed on overall strength and rigidity of moving bracket.Based on the analysis results,some suggestions are put forward to improve moving bracket structure design.
