| 摘 要： | 针对龙滩工程碾压混凝土仓面施工的特点，研究和开发了集碾压混凝土连续造缝、高压水冲毛和变态混凝土注浆于一体的专业小型碾压混凝土多功能机具。该机具采用PLC智能化控制和模块化设计方案，包括主动模块和三个工作模块。设计制造的样机在三峡工程的碾压混凝土施工中试验，取得了很好效果，即将在龙滩工程碾压混凝土施工中推广应用。

| Abstract: | Aim at the roller compacted concrete (RCC) dam of Longtan, the special multifunctional machine are studied and developed. The machine integrates the three functions of continuous joint forming and filling, high-press water jetting and grout enriched injecting. The design applies the intelligent control of PLC and the modularized scheme. There are a driving module and three working modules. The machine designed, which was tested successfully in the RCC construction of Three Gorges Project, will be utilized widely in the RCC construction of Longtan. |
