基于PLC控制的自动化立体仓库的设计

摘    要:文章首先给出了自动化立体仓库的基本结构,并明确了系统所能实现的功能,然后具体分析了硬件系统组成及设计思想。采用PLC作为整个立体仓库系统的控制器,使用步进电机驱动堆垛机的运动,并利用光电传感器检测辅助进行自动化立体仓库的进出库控制和堆垛机的精确定位。

Abstract:The basic structure of automated warehouse and system function were introduced firstly.Then the hardware composition and design ideas of the system were analyzed.In the three-dimensional storehouse system,PLC was adopted as the controller and stacker was driven by stepping motor driver.With detecting of the photoelectric sensor,the automated warehouse could realize outbound control and accurate positioning for stacker.
