实验室液体流量校准系统流场特性研究

摘    要:系统中的标准流体是通过过程控制系统产生的,过程控制系统中的PLC控制器采用PID算法控制调节阀的开度从而实现对流量的精准控制。通过对实际管道的流体仿真得出管道的流场、流速分布,确定平流区域从而确定待测管的安装调试位置。通过实验表与标准表的参数对比验证系统的控制精度;通过不同安装位置下实验表的数据差异分析安装位置对流量测量的影响。通过实验数据知该系统能够对安装位置的选择起一定的指导作用。

Abstract:The standard fluid is generated by means of PLC in process control system which adopts PID algorithm to adjust the opening of the control valve to achieve precise control of the flow. The stratospheric region is determined by the flow field and the velocity distribution through the simulation on the actual pipe. The installation position for the test tube is then determined. Impacts of different installation location on the control accuracy and performance of the experimental flowmeters are analyzed by comparing the measuring data with the standard parameters. The experimental data can play a guiding role in the choice of the installation location of the system.
