基于递归平均PID增量算法的四电机粗纱张力控制

摘    要:张力控制是粗纱机控制系统中的核心问题。文章在对控制对象分析的基础上,对传统PID算法做出改进,提出了递归平均PID增量算法,从而大大地改进了四电机粗纱机在自动纺纱情况下的控制性能,使四电机粗纱机的开发取得了进步。

Abstract:Tension control is the core of the flyer frames control system. Based on the analysis of the control objects, the traditional PID algorithm has been improved and the recursive average PID increment algorithm has been put forward. In result, the four-motor driven fly frames has gain a good performance in automatic manners, and great progress has been made in the development of this new type of machine.
