基于PLC的固态成品自动包装系统设计

设计了利用称重仪表、PLC、螺旋输送机、缝口机、缓停输送电机等完成对化工生产成品的自动称重、送料、装袋、封口和传送等功能的控制系统,从而实现两条生产线的成品自动包装控制。系统采用独立的称重仪表与装袋、输送机构相结合,实现包装过程的自动称重与输送,减少了人工控制;在称重、缝纫等环节增加报警装置,以确保包装工艺的精度。

Design of the Solid Products Automatic Packaging Systems Based on PLC

In this paper,the automatic control system is designed,in which the weighing instruments,PLC,screw conveyor,slot machines,slow and stop transportation motor is used to finish the functions such as the chemical products’ automatic weighing,feeding,bagging,sealing and transmission,so that the packing of two production lines can be completed automatically.The delivering and weighing of the product in the packing is realized by the independent weighing instrument and bagging,transportation agencies in the system,so it can reduce the artificial control.At the transport and sewing part,it increases alarm device,which can ensure the accuracy of the packaging technology.
