| 摘 要： | 讨论了ＩＧＢＴ驱动电路的特点及设计驱动电路应考虑的问题，并叙述了ＩＧＢＴ使用时故障产生的机理及基本的保护方法。在此基础上，给出了一些实用的驱动与保护电路。
