摘    要:利用巴克豪森应力仪ROLLSCAN200对酸洗后的轴承试样进行检测,将检测结果和酸洗结果进行对比,初步制订出了评价轴承烧伤的巴克豪森噪声分析标准方法,为判断轴承是否烧伤及其烧伤的程度提供依据。

Abstract:The bearing samples after pickling are measured by the Barkhausen stress meter ROLLSCAN200,and the measurement results are compared with that of pickling method.Then the Barkhausen Noise Analysis standard method for bearing burn is initially developed.The emphasis is placed on Barkhausen Noise Analysis method for judging burn and level of burn of bearings.
