共振解调及关联维数在轴承故障诊断中的应用

摘    要:通过共振解调法对故障敏感频段进行分频段解调 ,不但提高了信号的信噪比 ,而且根据包络谱可以确定轴承具体故障形式 ;利用关联维数定量刻划分频段内轴承故障的非线性行为。试验结果表明 ,随着故障劣化程度加深 ,关联维数在轴承故障敏感频段内均呈增大趋势 ,可以把关联维数作为判断轴承故障劣化程度的特征量。该方法不仅可以诊断轴承具体故障 ,还能够有效监测故障劣化情况。

Abstract:The method to study rolling bearing`s fault deterioration grade is presented bas ed on demodulated resonance technique and correlation dimension in different ban ds.The experimental results show that the correlation dimensions in sensitive fr equency bands increase with fault deterioration deepening,and can be used as th e character parameter for identifying the fault deterioration grade.The bearing fault can be diagnosed and the condition of fault deterioration be monitored wit h the method.
