摘    要:介绍了常规三排圆柱滚子组合转盘轴承保持架的选材及结构特点,在此基础上,提出盾构机用转盘轴承保持架采用整体式结构,主体材料采用合金钢锻件,保持架引导面及与滚道的接触部位采用铝青铜或铅黄铜作为减摩块的设计方案。

Abstract:The material selection and structure characteristic of cages are introduced for conventional three row cylindrical roller combined slewing bearings.On this basis,the integral structure of cages of slewing bearings for shield machine is proposed.The main material adopts alloy steel forgings,and the guiding surface of cages and the parts contacting with raceway adopt aluminum bronze or lead brass as design scheme for friction-reducing block.
