汽车水泵轴承密封圈接触应力有限元分析

摘    要:基于ANSYS构建了汽车水泵轴承密封圈的二维轴对称有限元模型,对不同初始过盈量下密封圈的变形、Von-mises应力分布和主唇口接触应力变化规律进行了研究。结果表明,密封圈主唇口轴向接触宽度上的应力分布为三角形分布,密封圈与轴接触面间的最大接触应力与初始过盈量之间呈近似线性关系。

Abstract:The ANSYS is applied to construct the two-dimensional axial symmetric finite element model of the automotive water pump bearing’s seal,by which the relationship between the interference and the seal’s deformation,Von-mises stress distribution as well as the contact stress on the sealing lip are researched.The result shows that the contact stresses are triangular distributed on the contact width along the axis and the maximum contact stress between seal and shaft contact surface increases nearly linearly with the initial interference.
