摘    要:轴向预紧量会直接影响轴承的力学性能和使用寿命,以汽车主减速器用圆锥滚子轴承为研究对象,通过分析主减速器输出轴传动系统受力得到不同载荷工况下的齿轮载荷,并基于Romax建立主减速器输出轴-轴承系统模型,以齿轮载荷作为外载荷,分析轴向预紧量对轴承内部接触状态和疲劳寿命的影响。得出结论:随预紧量增大,受载滚子数增多,滚子与套圈最大接触载荷先减小后增大,最大接触应力先减小后增大;轴承寿命随预紧量的增大先增大后减小;最佳预紧量随径向载荷的增大而增大。

Abstract:The axial preload affects mechanical properties and service life of bearings directly. Taking tapered roller bearings in automobile main reducer as research objects,the load of gears under different operating conditions is obtained by analyzing load of output shaft transmission system of main reducer. The output shaft-bearing system model of main reducer is established based on Romax. Taking load of gears as external load,the effects of axial preload on contact mechanical properties and fatigue life of the bearings are analyzed. It is concluded that the number of loaded rollers is increased with increase of preload,and the maximum contact load between rollers and rings and maximum contact stress firstly decreases and then increases. The life of the bearings firstly increases and then decreases with increase of preload. The optimal preload increases with increase of radial load.
