基于ANSYS的轴承保护环的设计

摘    要:矿山机械中转子-轴承系统采用传统的设计方法很容易发生故障,基于一种新的设计方法,给转子-轴承系统增加了一个轴承保护环,并通过ANSYS有限元分析软件对其形状进行了优化,最后在试验室柔性转子动平衡系统上进行弹性振动试验可知,转轴运动轨迹中的高次谐波信号得到了很好的抑制,轴承保护环使得轴承基本上不与系统发生共振,大大增加了轴承的使用寿命.

Abstract:Mining-machinery rotor-bearing system is easy to fail which is designed based on traditional design method.With a new design method,a bearing protective ring is added to rotor-bearing system,the shape of the ring is optimized based on ANSYS and the elastic vibration test is done.The experimental results show that the optimized protective ring is able to protect bearing system and to increase the service life of bearings in the given requirements.
