| 摘 要： | 根据非圆齿轮的啮合原理给出了椭圆齿轮的齿廓、齿顶、齿根以及过渡曲线的理论方程 ,利用计算机求出了每个齿的实际齿形坐标 ,并在线切割机床上按实际的理论齿形尺寸加工出了给定参数的椭圆齿轮。

| Abstract: | According to the mesh theory of noncircular gear, the theoretic equations of shape of tooth, addendum curve, root curve and trans ition curve are presented, and the actual coordinates of teeth are computed. By using the thread incision machine, the elliptic gear is cut with actual theoreti c teeth dimension. |
