摘    要:对喷雾沉积法制取 Al- 2 8Si- Cu- Mg- Ni- Fe合金进行了研究 ,探讨了冷却速率与合金组织的关系 ,着重分析了快凝合金中自生细化硅粒子的强度增强机制及影响因素 ,认为硅晶体的增强作用是 Orowan机制和颗粒增强机制复合强化的结果 ,所得的材料为 :Si粒子尺寸约 6 μm,σb=381MPa,σb30 0℃=191MPa。

Abstract:This paper studied the microstructure and properties of Al 28Si Cu Mg Ni Fe alloy made by the spray deposited method, the relationship between the cooling rate and the microstructure was discussed. The strengthening mechanisms of in situ forming fine silicon particles in the rapidly solidified alloy and several influence factors were investigated in detail.We deem that the strengthened mechanism of silicon crystals is the result of the Orowan mechanism and particle strengthened mechanism. Properties of the material are as follows: silicon particle size is about 6 μm,σ b=381 MPa,σ b 300℃ =191 MPa?
