电机定子低阶固有频率计算

摘    要:通过对叠层圆筒振动特性的讨论 ,归纳出电机定子振动的低阶平面模态特性。在计及定子各部分动能和势能的基础上 ,运用拉格朗日方程建立相应的频率方程 ,求得定子振动低阶固有频率。实验结果验证了理论预测结果。本文的方法可用在电机设计阶段对定子固有频率进行预测。

Abstract:Based on the study of the characteristic of laminated cylinders, the in-plane vibrational behavior of electrical machine stators is presented in this paper. The Lagrange equation is used to establish the equation of motion. The frequencies of the fundamental vibrational modes are extracted from the corresponding frequency equation. In order to verify the validity of the calculations, experiments are performed on the actual electrical machine stators. The analysis can be used at the design stage to predict the natural frequencies of electrical machine stators.
