汽车车架快速设计系统的研究

摘    要:本文通过将快速设计理论应用于汽车车架设计过程的实践 ,阐述了实施快速设计的必要性与可能性 ,并进一步说明了快速设计系统的体系结构、工作过程、实现方法和关键技术。通过该系统在设计过程中的运用 ,使得设计周期较原先缩短了一半 ,并大大提高了各设计部门的协同能力。本文中提到的快速设计方法适用于产品对象固定、结构变化不大且设计部门已做过大量前期基础设计工作的企业

Abstract:In this paper, we studied writer has expounded the necessity and the possibility of implementing a rapid design system for the automobile frame, and also clarified the system structure, working process, achieving method and the key technology of rapid design system through its practices. With its application, the developing cycle can be shortened to a half as compared with conventional methods, and at the same time the cooperative working ability between different departments can be greatly enhanced. The rapid design method discussed in the paper is applicable to those enterprises that have constant product objects, similar object structures and have mode a lot of previous preparations.
