摘    要:为了保证 FAST射电望远镜的馈源能达到 4 mm的空间位置精度 ,其馈源跟踪采用了粗、精两级调整方案 1 ] ,精调平台采用以 Stewart机构为原型的 BKX- I。本文主要对精调平台的控制系统进行研究 ,以“PC+PMAC”构成系统的开放式硬件平台 ,并以 Windows+VB为软件平台开发了相应的控制软件 ,包括利用串行通讯组件Ms Com m开发的精调系统与总控计算机通讯的软件和用 Delta Tau公司提供的控件 Ptalk DT开发的精调系统指令执行软件。所开发的系统开放性强 ,可靠性高 ,主要用于 FAST项目的联调试验

Abstract:In order to achieve a high space position precision(4 mm), the two step adjusting method is adopted in the FAST(Five hundred meter Aperture Spherical Telescope). BKX I is selected as the FAST's fine tuning platform which is based on the Stewart mechanism. This paper focuses on the study of the control system of the fine tuning platform. Its hardware formed by "PC+PMAC" takes the mode of open architecture. Its software developed under the environment of "Windows+VB" includes two parts.One is developed by the serial communicating package of Microsoft Inc.——MsComm and is used for communication between BKX I and the upper computer, the other is developed by PtalkDT supplied by Delta Tau Inc. and is for PMAC to execute control command sent by the upper computer. Such a fine tuning system has high reliability in performance and high flexibility in architecture and can be used on the debug experiment of FAST.
