振动钻削的变速减振特性分析

Analysis on the Effect of Vibration Reduction by Cutting with Fluctuation Speed in Vibration Drilling

Chatter vibration in drilling is very harmful,it is not only a great hindrance to the machining accuracy and the production efficiency,but also reduces the life of the machine tool and the cutting tools.Vibration drilling possess the special function of reducing chatter vibration, thus achieving a good drilling effects.According to the property of cutting with fluctuation speed in vibration drilling,a new concept of vibration reduction by cutting with fluctuation speed in vibration drilling is presented.On the basis of the vibration response law and the energy principle of the machining system,the essences of chatter vibration reduction effect is brought to light,that is because of the fluctuation spindle speed function in vibration drilling,the vibration response of drilling system is not a full but an instantaneous response,and the vibration amplitude is markedly reduced.
