摘    要:提出了一种基于点云数据的隐式曲面三维网格自动精确恢复新算法。该算法首先对恢复的初始三角形网格进行区域分割和边界重构,将隐式曲面的三角形网格分离出来,然后对恢复的隐式曲面表面的初始逼近网格从3个方面进行优化:即将初始逼近网格的曲率控制与网格面的拓扑一致性调整;调整网格顶点法矢与交互式分割;补偿网格抽样率。通过该算法能将隐式曲面的三角形网格自动精确恢复。然后进行网格光顺,输出优化的CAD模型。实例证明了该方法的正确性、可行性和实用性。

Abstract:The paper proposes a new automatic reconstruction algorithm for three-dimensional meshes of implicit surfaces based on point clouds.The algorithm consists of the two steps of segmentation and boundary reconstruction.The segmentation extracts the implicit surface from point clouds.The vertices of the evolving meshes are optimized from three respects.The first two respects adjust the curvature control and the topological consistency of the surfaces of the meshes and the vectors of their vertices,and their cross-segmentation.The third respect improves mesh sampling.The algorithm reconstructs implicit surfaces′ curvatures,and the optimized CAD model is smoothed and output.An instance proves the feasibility of the new algorithm.
