点接触表面层内应力场计算新方法

摘    要:为了进行机械零件的抗疲劳设计,需要研究其表面层内的应力场。静态接触情况下椭圆接触区内的应力计算不能直接用于动态润滑条件下机械零件的摩擦学设计,而需分析润滑油膜和界面摩阻力等对接触体内应力分布影响。计算结果表明在机械零件疲劳寿命分析和抗疲劳设计中应计入这些因素。润滑膜内的压力分布和界面摩阻力分布对表面层内的主应力和应力场有显著影响、本文采用Mises屈服应力判据能较好地进行疲劳失效分析与抗疲劳摩擦学设计。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of anti-fatigue design of machine elements it is needed tostudy the subsurface stress field. Analysis of subsurface stress in elliptical contact of staticcontacts cannot be directly used in tribological design of elastohydrodynamically lubricatedcontacts. Effects of oil film and interface traction upon subsurface stress need to be studied.Calculated results show that those factors should be included in the prediction of fatigue lifeand anti-fatigue design of machine elements. Effects of pressure of oil film and interface traction in EHD conjunctions on principal stress and stress field are significant. Results indicatethat it is useful to adopt Mises yield stress criterion to analyze failure failure and to carry outtribological desig.
