摘    要:用水浸聚焦透射法对 38m m的不同热处理状态 45 #钢进行检测。其中 ,发射探头距离试件表面 2 2 mm,以使焦点落在试件表面 ,接收探头紧贴试件表面。对接收到的高频超声检测信号进行 FFT及其相应的频谱分析 ,检测结果表明组织的变化可以在幅频图上表现出来。淬火组织的有效谱宽度较小 ,谐波系数较大 ;而退火组织的有效谱宽度较大 ,谐波系数较小。两者在幅频图中的最高峰值所对应的初始相位也有差别。

Abstract:The different heat treatment structures of 45# steel, with a diameter of 38mm are examined with the ultrasonic immersion focusing and passing through method. In this experiment, in order to make the launching probe′s focal point be right on the surface of the sample, the distance from the launching probe to the surface of the sample is 22mm, and the receiving probe is kept close to the surface of the sample. The received high frequency ultrasonic signals are analyzed with FFT and relevant frequency domain analysis methods. The results show that different heat treatment structures are distinguishable in phase-frequency figure and amplitude-frequency figure. For the quenching structure, effective line width is narrower and component coefficient is larger than annealing structure. The initial phase of highest line in amplitude-frequency figure is different too.
