汽车车身偏置碰撞抗撞性分析与结构改进

摘    要:针对某乘用车在偏置碰撞形式下的安全性问题,对车身前部关键部件进行改进,实现汽车前舱刚度匹配,使整体结构合理变形。通过对仿真结果的分析并针对原车耐撞性能的不足,在车身纵梁前部设计导引槽式吸能结构,以改进前纵梁吸能变形模式;增加A柱加强件的厚度,以提高车架纵向刚度和乘员舱的强度。仿真结果表明:在整车质量仅增加2.24 kg的情况下,改进方案有效地提高了整车的耐撞性,整车的加速度峰值降低了6 g,乘员舱的变形量有所减小。

Abstract:In order to solve the safety problem happened in a car offset impact test,vehicle front key structure were improved to achieve the stiffness-matching of vehicle front parts and reasonable deformation of the whole structure.According to the simulation results and the deficiency of original car crashworthiness,energy-absorbing guidance slot was designed in front parts to improve energy-absorbing deformation,and the thickness of a pillar strengthen pieces was increased to improve the longitudinal stiffness and the crew cabin frame strength.The simulation results show that the peak acceleration of automobile reduces by 6 g,the deformation of cabin was reduced with a mass increasing by only 2.24 kg,and the whole vehicle crashworthiness was improved effectively.
