摘    要:介绍了在大批量定制生产和检测中所需使用的硬盘驱动架尾孔的机器视觉检测系统。阐述了该机器视觉检测系统的总体设计,提出了一种改进的随机Hough变换和基于圆周点的拟合方法求取圆的直径,并给出了重复性和相关性测试的数据。检测结果表明,该检测系统具有非接触、在线实时、速度快、精度合适等优点,能实现产品的零废品生产的目标。

Abstract:The paper presented a machine vision system for inspecting the diameter of the tail-hole in a hard disk driving shelf which was needed in mass customization production and inspection. Its overall design was the improved randomized Hough transform and the fitting algorithm based on circle-points were the diameter of the tail-hole circle ; the data for experiments on repeatability spection results indicate that the machine vision system has the strengths of explained and correlation were given. The innon-contact, online, real time, fast speed and appropriate precision, and that the objective of manufacturing zero-defect products is achieved.
