| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种多功能摩擦实验台的原理、性能和实验结果。该实验台通过显微镜和CCD图像传感器可以放大拍摄两接触面间的接触情况,同时可通过力传感器测量摩擦力,解决了研究面面接触时,难以观察表面接触情况的问题。实验结果表明,所研制的实验台具有较好的实用性和可靠性,满足面面接触摩擦研究的需要。

| Abstract: | The multifunctional friction-test instrument we designed can shoot the contact of two contacting planes in an amplified scale with its microscope and measure their contact friction with its CCD image sensor.Thus,the difficulty in observing the plane-plane contact is overcome.The experimental results show that the instrument has good practicality and reliability. |
