镍锰合金的纳米晶电铸

摘    要:电铸镍锰合金因其特殊的性能而具有重要的应用前景。分析了电沉积纳米晶材料的原理 ,在此基础上采用高速冲液、直流和高频脉冲电流以及电解液中加入添加剂等方法进行了镍锰合金的电铸试验 ,并对电铸层的锰含量、表面形貌和晶粒尺寸进行了测试。试验结果实现了镍锰合金的纳米晶电铸。讨论了锰含量、电流密度和添加剂等因素对电铸层晶粒尺寸和表面形貌的影响。

Abstract:The electroformed Ni-Mn alloys hold good prospects for its specific performance. In this study,based on the analysis of the principle of electrodeposited nanocrystalline materials,Ni-Mn alloys were electroformed by using strong flushing electrolyte,direct current,high frequency pulse current,and the additives added to the electrolyte. Mn content,the surface morphology and the grain size of the layers were tested. The results show that the grain sizes of the alloys are down to the order of nanometer. The effect of Mn content,current density,the additives,etc.,on grain size and surface morphology of the alloy layer has been discussed.
