摘    要:利用航空发动机部件的故障数据,对部件可能服从的6种寿命分布的参数进行估计,并采用分布检验确定部件的实际寿命分布。再根据部件的特性、重要程度等确定应采用的维修策略,在此基础上,建立以维修成本率最小化为目标的优化模型,确定部件的最优维修间隔,从而达到对航空发动机维修方案的优化目的。最后通过算例分析,表明了本方法的合理性和经济性,具有较大的应用价值。

Abstract:Using the failure data of aviation engine parts, the paper estimated the parameters for six kinds of possible life distributions and determined their actual life distributions with distribution tests. According to their characteristics and importance, different maintenance policies are adopted. On this basis, a maintenance optimization model is established, aiming to minimize the maintenance cost rate and decide the optimal interval of maintenance, thus achieving the purpose of optimizing aviation engine maintenance programs. Finally a calculation instance was analyzed, which shows that the method is reasonable, economical and of huge application value.
