摘    要:采用微波消解法消解农产品样品,以硫脲和抗坏血酸作为预还原剂,利用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法同时测定农产品中痕量元素硒、锑的含量。通过实验优化选择仪器的工作条件,考察了样品酸度、载流酸度、硼氢化钾用量等因素对荧光强度的影响以及干扰的消除情况。结果表明,硒、锑的最低检出限分别为0.9ug/kg、0.4μg/kg,标准曲线在0~25.0μg/L之间呈线性关系,相关系数〉0.999。对样品平行测定6次,相对标准偏差为2.36%~4.13%,加标回收率为91.6%~95.2%。

Abstract:Samples of agricultural products were digested in a microwave oven using thiourea and ascorbic acid as reductants for prereduction,and trace Se and Sb contents were determined by hydrogenate generation-atomic fluorescence spectroscopy.
