聚酯增塑剂产品中微量DINP杂质的测定

摘    要:采用正相高效液相色谱-电喷雾电离质谱(NP-HPLC/ESI MS)法对聚酯类增塑剂产品中微量DINP进行分析。实验表明:该方法能够保证聚酯增塑剂产品中微量DINP的准确测定,线性关系良好,相关系数为0.998 6, 检测下限可达0.05 mg/L,加标回收率在95%~103%之间。此方法可为该类物质的质量控制提供可靠的分析手段和技术保证。

Abstract:The micro-level DINP in polyester plastics was studied by normal phase high performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (NP-HPLC/ESI MS). The results show that this method is reliable and ensured the accurate determination of DINP in polyester plastics. The linearity of the curves is very good with the correlation coefficient of 0.999 4. The limit of detection (LOD) is 0.05 mg/L. The recoveries are between 95% and 103%. This method can provide a reliable analytical tools and technical assurance for the quality control of this kind of polyester plastics.
