摘    要:本文运用固相微萃取(SPME)与气相色谱-质谱(GC/MS)联用,对水体中的有机磷杀虫剂2,2-二氯乙烯基二甲基磷酸酯(DDVP)进行了分析。对影响SPME-GC/MS分析灵敏度的各种实验因素如萃取温度、平衡时间、被测组分浓度等进行了讨论。建立的方法不需要浓缩,适于快速、高效地测定水中DDVP。方法的检出限达0.1 μg/L。对董铺水库水样加标进行了DDVP的测定。

Abstract:2,2-Dichlorovinyldimethyl phosphate (DDVP), one of organic phosphorous pesticides, in source water was determined by the combination techniques of the solid phase microextraction (SPME) and GC/MS. Factors such as extraction temperature, balance time and sample concentration were investigated concerning the SPME-GC/MS analysis sensitivity. The established method possesses a minimum detection limit of 0.1 μg/L, and could omit sample concentration and other pre-disposals. It proved a rapid and high-efficient method by its application in determination of DDVP in Dong Pu Reservoir.
