摘    要:建立了同时快速测定鳗鱼中阿维菌素(AVB),多拉菌素(DOR),依维菌素(IVR)的超高效液相色谱 串联四极杆质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)。样品用乙腈提取、浓缩,经碱性氧化铝小柱净化,采用电喷雾离子源,以正离子检测方式进行质谱分析,4.2 min完成这3种农药残留分析。结果表明,上述3种阿维菌类农药的标准曲线在0.5 ~ 20 μg•kg-1范围内线性良好,相关系数(r)均大于0.99,平均回收率为85.9%~94.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于8%(n = 6),对阿维菌素、多拉菌素、依维菌素的定量限(S/N ≥ 10)分别为0.43、0.48和0.32 μg •kg-1

Abstract:The simultaneous determination of residual avermectin (AVB), doramectin (DOR) and ivermectin (IVR) in eel were menswated by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS). The sample was extracted by acetonitrile, and was cleaned up with an alkaline column of alu mina oxide after the procedure of concentration. The detection was performed by tandem mass spectrometry with electrospray ionization in positive mode (ESI+). The time for the determination of the above three pesticides was only 4.2 min. The results show that the standard curves for the above three avermectins pesticides are linear, and their correlation coefficients (r) is more than 0.99 in the range of 0.5-20 μg•kg-1. The average recovery is ranged from 85.9% to 94.4%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) is less than 8%. The limits of quantity (S/N ≥ 10) by the present method for avermectin, doramectin and ivermectin are 0.43, 0.48 and 0.32 μg•kg-1.
