EFP侵彻圆柱形带壳装药影响因素的数值分析

摘    要:基于ANSYS LS-DYNA软件对EFP侵彻圆柱形带壳装药的数值模拟.通过对不同形状、不同速度以及不同侵彻角度EFP倾彻圆柱形带壳装药的分析,来研究其几个主要影响因素规律.仿真结果发现,准球形EFP比尾翼型和直杆型EFP更容易引爆带壳装药.同种形状的EFP,垂直冲击时效果最好.

Abstract:This paper is the numerical simulation of the EFP penetration of cylindrical charge with the shell based on ANSYS LS-DYNA software .Through the different shapes, different speeds and different angles EFP penetrating analysis of the impact of cylindrical charge with shell, to study the impact EFP shell charge of several main influencing factors. Simulation results revealed that,quasi-spherical EFP is easier than tail type and straight bar type initiating the shelled grain. The same shape of the EFP, vertical impact is best.
