| 摘 要： | 快速换模是通过工业工程的方法，将模具的产品换模时间、生产启动时间或调整时间等尽可能减少的一种改进方法。快速换模是精益生产的重要组成部分，对稳定产品质量，提高生产效率，降低成本起到决定性作业。笔者叙述了快速换模的意义，并通过某供应商的冲压换模为案例，系统地描述了如何实施快速换模。
