摘    要:工件角度测量方法是一项利用机器视觉技术的角度测量技术,可实现快速、非接触式测量。同时克服了人为因素。以角度块规为研究对象,首先利用亮度特征和。诲u法实现零件彩色图像灰度化和灰度图像二值化。其次利用面积法去噪和边缘提取减少噪声对后续处理的影响和提高处理速度。再次利用边界点法提取零件边缘的临界点并剔除多余的临界点即可确定三个顶点的位置坐标。最后利用倾斜角关系确定三个角度值及位置关系。试验表明。该算法可以实现了工件多角度一体化测量,实现了快速、非接触测量,满足当前工件角度检测要求。

Abstract:Work piece angle measuring method is the angle measuring technology based on machine vision. It enables fast and non-contact measurement, and overcome human factors. The angle gauge block was researched. Firstly, the graying of color image and the binarying of gray image were obtained based on luminance feature and Otsu' method. Secondly, denoising of area method and edge extraction may reduce the impact of noise on the subsequent processing and improve the processing speed. Thirdly, the critical point was extracted by boundary point method and remove excess of the critical point. Lastly, the value and location of the three angles were ensured by angle of inclination. The test results show that the algorithm can achieve the multi-angle integration measurement, and meets the current detection requirements.
