电子风扇与散热器距离匹配的试验研究

摘    要:为了确保冷却系统的散热能力、整机的综合热平衡达到良好的效果,对客车风扇叶片到散热器芯子的距离进行合理匹配试验研究,结果发现:吸风式和吹风式风扇的叶片到水散热器芯子的最佳距离分别为88—98mm和78mm,而吸风式风扇的叶片与中冷器芯子的最佳距离为168mm,并且风扇噪音的高低与吸风或吹风式无关。

Abstract:In order to making heat capacity of the cooling system and the overall heat balance of the machine receive good results, experimental research on reasonable distance from fan blades to the water radiator cores is studied. The results showed that the best distance from suction and blower-type fan blades to the water radiator cores are about 88 - 98mm and 78mm. But the best distance from the suction-type fan blades to the charge air cooler cores is about 168 mm, and the noise level of fan has nothing to suction or blower-type.
