摘    要:本文利用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了不同的状态下损伤容限型TC4钛合金的疲劳性能。结果表明:损伤容限型TC4钛合金经过995℃/1hAC+550℃/4 h处理后得到魏氏组织,并且疲劳性能比原始状态和经900℃/1hAC+550℃/4h处理后都要好。从疲劳断口观察到,预裂区和快速扩展区主要是以微区解理断裂为主,稳态扩展区主要是以疲劳条带扩展机制为主,同时也存在微区解理断裂机制。

Abstract:The fatigue properties of TC4 alloy in damage tolerance type after different heat treatment were studied by means of OM and SEM. The results show that the microstructures of TC4 alloy in damage tolerance type after 995℃/lhAC +550℃/4h solution and aging treatment were widmanstatten structure, which could get better fatigue properties. The cracks in the fore-crack region and the fast growth region were mainly in the form of micro-cleavage fracture ; and spreaded in the form of strip mechanism in the stable spread re- gion with some behaviors of micro-cleavage fracture by observing fatigue fracture.
