大型轴承内外滚道超精机变频调速系统设计

摘    要:采用触摸屏,PLC及变频器对大型轴承内外滚道超精机的工作轴电机转速和振荡电机转速进行数字化控制。提高了大型轴承内外滚道超精机的调速精度,使轴承表面质量得到极大的提高;用PLC替代接触器逻辑控制,简化了系统结构,提高了系统稳定性;采用触模屏作为PLC的人机界面直观简洁,同时方便了操作。

Design on Variable Frequency Speed Regulation System in Large Scale Bearing Internal and External Raceway Exceeds Grinding Machine

Abstract:This frequency control system controls workpiece axle generator rotational speed with the digital quality of Siemens inverter and controls vibration generator rotational speed with analog qualitay of Siemens Inverter. In prosses of the frequency converter controling, use the PLC to substitute the electric relay to logic control, and the touch screen is used as the human machine interface of PLC. This have greatly improved timing accuracy of large scale bearing internal and external raceway exceeds grinding machine grinding , provided the necessary condition to improve the processing of the bearing surface quality, also saved the energy.
