摘    要:为了在较短的时间内获得更多贵阳市埋地燃气管线土壤中的腐蚀信息,本文采用极化曲线、扫描电镜SEM等电化学方法研究贵阳市埋地燃气管线的电化学特征,由此来评价贵阳市埋地燃气管线腐蚀行为。研究表明贵阳市土壤腐蚀过程可分为以下几种情况:1)在大多数土壤中,尤其是潮湿和密实的土壤,腐蚀过程主要由阴极过程控制,在酸性土壤中阴极过程主要是氢还原。2)对疏松和干燥土壤,腐蚀特征接近大气条件的腐蚀,腐蚀过程由阳极过程所控制。

Abstract:Using indoor measurements of polarization curve、SEM to study corrosion behaviour and corrosion rate of underground gas pipelines in three typical types soil of Guiyang.It indicated that:the corrosion types of gas pipelines was uniform and pit corrosion,the soil is the key factor to decide corrosion types and rates;The electrochemical characters had been analyzed,The results of the corrosion process of gas pipelines showed as follows:the anodic procession was ferric dissolution,the cathodic procession was predominantly diffusionlly controlled by oxygen reduction the cathodic procession simultaneously existed hydrogen reduction.in 1~#soil,with a lower PH,the corrosion procession was controlled by hydrogen reduction.
