| 摘 要： | 吹塑模头上的熔融塑料通道是多条不等深螺旋槽,这些螺旋槽是吹塑模头加工的难点。本文介绍了一种该零件的数控加工工艺与编程方法,以期作为同类零件加工的参考。本工艺利用CAM编程与手工编程相结合的方法,编制出了巧妙实用的程序,不仅提高了加工精度和质量,而且大大提高了生产效率。

| Abstract: | Molten plastic channel of blowing die head is more deep spiral groove,the spiral groove is the difficulties in processing blowing die head.This paper introduces a kind of NC machining process and programming method for the components,to similar parts processing as a reference.This process used a method of combining CAM programming and manual programming,drawing up clever practical program,not only increase the processing precision and quality,and enhanced the production efficiency. |
