Overview of secondary casing tool of crystal furnace

Monocrystal furnace is a crystal pulling device to process monocrystaline silicon required for producing solar cells. Scholars of all over the world are concerned with the problem of how to improve furnace's feed in order to increase production. This paper describes different methods to improve single crystal furnace's production,introduces the principle and the significance of secondary casing tool,mainly describes and analyzes in detail the classification,the typical mechanical structure and characteristics of domestic secondary casing tool. The paper also points out the existing problems and the future development of secondary casing tool.
