摘    要:本文介绍了换热器不锈钢板片在NaCl溶液中发生的电化学腐蚀行为与Cl-浓度、浸泡时间的关系,分析了铜钎焊过程对其耐蚀性能的影响。结果说明,随着Cl-浓度升高、浸泡时间延长、钎焊温度升高,不锈钢耐蚀性能下降。

Abstract:This article describes the relationship between electrochemical corrosion behavior of stainless steel plate of heat exchanger solution and concentration of Cl-,soak time in NaCl,analyses of the effects of copper brazing process on its corrosion resistance.Results show that,with increasing concentration of Cl-,immersion time,brazing temperature,there is a decline in corrosion resistance of stainless steel.
