摘    要:偏导射流级作为伺服阀关键部件,其偏转板上V形槽位置对前置级压力特性起决定性作用,进而影响了整个系统的稳定性。以某航空发动机用燃油电液伺服阀为研究对象,在分析其前置级结构及工作原理的基础上,建立偏导射流级三维模型,以Fluent流场仿真软件为平台,建立V形槽不同位置时的流场仿真模型,得到了V形槽不同横向位移及纵向偏移下左右接收孔恢复压力及压差,分析了V形槽不同偏移量对前置级压力增益及液流特性的影响,为偏导射流式伺服阀装配及调试提供了一定的参考依据。

Abstract:The deflection plate jet servo valve has the advantages of reliable operation, strong anti-pollution ability and long service life, so it is often used in the aviation and aerospace fields. As a key component of servo valve, the position of V-groove on the deflector plays a decisive role in the pressure characteristics of the front stage, which affects the stability of the whole system. The research object is a fuel-electric electro-hydraulic servo valve for aeroengine. Based on the analysis of its pre-stage structure and working principle, a three-dimensional model of partial jet flow level is established. Based on the Fluent flow field simulation software, the flow field simulation model of V-grooves at different positions is established. The recovery pressure and differential pressure of the left and right receiving holes under different lateral displacements and longitudinal offsets of the V-groove are obtained. The influence of different offsets of V-groove on the pressure gain and flow characteristics of the pre-stage is analyzed. It provides some reference for assembling and debugging of deflective jet servo valve.
