摘    要:燃油双联滤器是核电设备中重要的油液净化装置,承担着为反应堆提供洁净燃油的任务。为避免滤器在地震事故中出现安全失效,对其结构强度进行仿真校核是设备开发阶段的一个重要过程。首先分析了滤器的结构特点和工作环境特征,基于此,专门提出一种将动载荷与静载荷组合分析的方法,更加贴切模拟外界冲击对滤器的影响。最后根据核电设备安全设计准则,分别对滤器主体和连接螺栓进行了强度校核,均满足强度要求。该分析方法对类似液压系统与元件的强度分析也具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:A fuel dual filter is an important oil purification equipment in nuclear power plant, and it undertakes the task for providing clean fuel for reactor. In order to avoid safety failure of filter in earthquake accident, structural strength check of filter is an important process in equipment development stage. Firstly, we analyze structural characteristics and working environment characteristics of filter, and based on this, we present an analysis method of combining dynamic load with static load at the same time, which simulates the effect of external shock on filter more closely. Finally, according to safety design criteria of nuclear power equipment, we check respectively strength of filter body and connecting bolts, and both meet the design requirements. This analysis method has certain guiding significance for other strength analysis of similar hydraulic systems and components.
